The PUDU T600 is a heavy-payload industrial AMR built for high-volume material transport in warehouses, factories, and multi-floor facilities. It carries up to 1300 lbs using VSLAM and LiDAR SLAM navigation, with intelligent rack recognition, smart elevator scheduling, narrow-aisle traffic management, and a disaster avoidance module that responds autonomously to fire and earthquake signals.

How it differs from the T300:

  • Double the Payload: 1300 lbs vs. 650 lbs, making it purpose-built for heavy industrial loads where the T300 is better suited for general material delivery
  • Longer Run Time: 12 hours unloaded vs. 8 hours, with the T300 rated at 6 hours under full load
  • Underride Variant:  The T600 comes in a low-profile underride version (only 10" tall) that slides beneath carts and shelving, a configuration the T300 doesn't offer
  • Rack Group Recognition: The T600 can autonomously identify storage locations and perform pick-and-place operations; the T300 does not list this capability
  • Smarter Fleet Coordination: Idle elevator priority scheduling and dynamic narrow-aisle traffic strategy (single vs. dual lane) are T600-specific features for larger, more complex deployments
  • VDA5050 Protocol Support:  Enables the T600 to integrate into multi-brand robot fleets and enterprise logistics systems without custom development
  • Ground Projection Safety:  Projects a visible warning line in front of the robot; not available on the T300
  • Disaster Avoidance Module:  Autonomously responds to fire and earthquake signals; not listed on the T300
