Warranty & support

LIMITED WARRANTY PROWINCH®

Coverage

Prowinch products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship, when subjected to normal and intended use, for the period specified in the corresponding datasheet or on the official Prowinch website. Certain products may carry up to a three (3) year limited warranty, as expressly indicated in their documentation.

During the applicable warranty period, and after inspection, Prowinch will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part determined to be defective in material or workmanship, provided such defect is not caused by misuse, improper installation, or alteration. Warranty coverage beyond one (1) year is contingent upon the equipment being maintained and inspected in compliance with all applicable ASME and OSHA standards. Proof of maintenance may be required.

Actions that Void the Warranty

  • Improper or inadequate installation.
  • Improper or insufficient maintenance.
  • Repairs completed by unauthorized individuals or service providers.
  • Intentional removal, defacement, or alteration of labels, warnings, or serial numbers.
  • Product modification or alteration.
  • Installation of unauthorized accessories or components.
  • Neglect, misuse, or improper operation.
  • Failure to follow procedures outlined in Prowinch's Global Safety Bulletin or User Manual.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage or surface finish.
  • Removal, reinstallation, or shipping of the product.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Prowinch Customer Service at 1-800-971-8061 or by email at info@prowinch.com, or fill the form provided at this link: https://prowinch.com/warranty-claim
  2. Confirm that your product is within the applicable warranty period.
  3. Return the product freight prepaid and insured to: Prowinch LLC - 2901 NW 21st Terrace, Miami, FL 33142, USA.
  4. Include the original invoice, your name, address, phone number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Prowinch is not responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims. The warranty period will not be extended or renewed due to repair or replacement.

Liability for Damage During Shipping

Prowinch LLC and its authorized agents shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to products or contents occurring during shipment, whether caused by carriers, third parties, or the purchaser.

The purchaser must thoroughly inspect the product before shipment and ensure it is properly insured against loss, damage, or other risks while in transit to Prowinch LLC. Any repair or replacement costs arising from damage during shipment are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
