  • Restocking Fee: If you simply change your mind, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Handling Specific Return Scenarios

  • Damaged or Defective Items: You must report these issues within 2 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund or a free replacement, you’ll need to provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage.
  • Incorrect Product Received:
    If we send you the wrong machine, Point and Power handles everything. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and ensure the correct product is dispatched to you immediately.
  • Items Lost in Transit:
    If your tracking stops moving, we will initiate an official investigation with the carrier. If the machine is confirmed lost, we will provide you with the choice of a full refund or a replacement unit.
  • Order Cancellations:
    You are eligible for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. If the item is already in transit, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.

Refund and Shipping Costs

  • Shipping: Point and Power covers return shipping costs (prepaid labels provided).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. It takes about 14 days to process, and up to 30 days to appear in your account.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Includes custom/personalized goods, perishable items, sanitary products, and gift cards.

  • Double-edge cut reversible blades greatly increase the service life.
  • Both the feeding chute and the discharge chute can be opened quickly and easily for the maintenance and repair.
  • By adopting whole shaped technology, the discharge chute is both attractive and practical with the ability to rotate 360 degrees.
  • You can stop the engine quickly in a crisis to improve operator safety with a safety button above the feeding chute and the emergency stop press bar on lower side of the feeding chute.
  • With front 13x5.00-6; rear 19x7.00-8 Tubeless tires and 48in. super-wide wheelbase, this wood chipper has the ability of driving on steep ground with the high stability.
