Key Deadlines and Windows

  • Initial Report: You must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return.
  • Shipping the Return: Once authorized, you have 7 days to ship the item back.
  • Total Window: The entire process (reporting and shipping) must be completed within 14 days of original receipt.

Eligibility and Conditions

To receive a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • Documentation: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: If you simply change your mind, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Handling Specific Return Scenarios

  • Damaged or Defective Items: You must report these issues within 2 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund or a free replacement, you’ll need to provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage.
  • Incorrect Product Received:
    If we send you the wrong machine, Point and Power handles everything. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and ensure the correct product is dispatched to you immediately.
  • Items Lost in Transit:
    If your tracking stops moving, we will initiate an official investigation with the carrier. If the machine is confirmed lost, we will provide you with the choice of a full refund or a replacement unit.
  • Order Cancellations:
    You are eligible for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. If the item is already in transit, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.

Refund and Shipping Costs

  • Shipping: Point and Power covers return shipping costs (prepaid labels provided).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. It takes about 14 days to process, and up to 30 days to appear in your account.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Includes custom/personalized goods, perishable items, sanitary products, and gift cards.

Product Description

PTO Stump Grinder

  • Connects directly to your tractors 3 point hitch system and is equipped with a large 24’’ diameter solid steel grinding flywheel and 34 tungsten carbide cutting teeth to make the removal of tree stumps a breeze!
  • These extremely rugged stump grinders are engineered to deliver optimal performance when paired with tractors containing 15-45HP at the PTO and will easily grind up to 6’’ below the ground to remove roots and prepare the ground for grading or grass.
  • Designed to work on tractors with a PTO shaft. The stump grinder works best on tractors featuring PTO shafts that are independent of the tractors transmission drive system. This allows the operator to control the speed of the tractor independently and separately to the PTO speed.
  • Since the tractor pulls the grinder through the stump, the rate at which the tractor moves is important and should be independent of the PTO shaft.

PTO Wood Chipper

  • This wood chipper is constructed with heavy-duty materials to withstand demanding conditions and heavy workloads. It features a robust frame, reinforced components, and durable cutting blades, ensuring long-lasting performance and durability.
  • The wood chipper offers versatile chipping capability, accepting a wide range of branch sizes and wood types. It can efficiently chip branches, limbs, brush, and even smaller trees, providing flexibility for various applications.
  • The wood chipper is equipped with a self-feeding mechanism that pulls in the branches and debris, reducing the effort required from the operator. This feature enhances efficiency and productivity by automatically feeding the material into the chipper, minimizing manual labor.
  • The PTO Wood Chipper is designed for easy integration with tractors equipped with a PTO system. It connects to the tractor's PTO shaft and utilizes the tractor's power to drive the chipper, eliminating the need for a separate engine or power source.
  • The wood chipper is designed for ease of maintenance. It allows easy access to the cutting blades for sharpening or replacement, simplifying maintenance tasks and ensuring optimal chipping performance.
