Key Deadlines and Windows

• Initial Report: You must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return.
• Shipping the Return: Once authorized, you have 7 days to ship the item back.
• Total Window: The entire process (reporting and shipping) must be completed within 14 days of original receipt.

Eligibility and Conditions

To receive a refund, the following criteria must be met:

• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
• Documentation: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Restocking Fee: If you simply change your mind, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Handling Specific Return Scenarios

• Damaged or Defective Items: You must report these issues within 2 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund or a free replacement, you’ll need to provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage.
• Incorrect Product Received:
  If we send you the wrong machine, Point and Power handles everything. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and ensure the correct product is dispatched to you immediately.
• Items Lost in Transit:
  If your tracking stops moving, we will initiate an official investigation with the carrier. If the machine is confirmed lost, we will provide you with the choice of a full refund or a replacement unit.
• Order Cancellations:
  You are eligible for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. If the item is already in transit, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.

Refund and Shipping Costs

• Shipping: Point and Power covers return shipping costs (prepaid labels provided).
• Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. It takes about 14 days to process, and up to 30 days to appear in your account.
• Non-Returnable Items: Includes custom/personalized goods, perishable items, sanitary products, and gift cards.
